By commissioning me, you have acknowledged. understood, and accepted the following terms stated below. Any violation to these terms will result in a blacklist against the commissioner.

DISCLAIMER:
I reserve the right to do the following:
1. Begin orders only when payment has been received.
2. Work at my own pace with potential complication of real life matters. Requests for expedited orders to put you at the front of my queue can be discussed for an additional cost.
3. Reject orders that I feel are outside of my capability.
4. Be sure that when placing your order, that you include all necessary details to ensure it is entirely correct. If you wish for me to fix any incorrect details, there may be a fee for it.HIGHLIGHTS:
1. Each character that you present to me to draw must belong to you. Or a gift for another individual ensuring that character is their own as well. I may ask for proof of ownership for characters if deemed necessary.
2. All references given must be of high quality and easy to understand. If you do not have reference imagery then please provide a precise, clear, and detailed description. You must be willing to pay for potential correction fixes if what I interpret from your description is not correct. Providing imagery alongside your descriptions will be crucially beneficial for both me and you.
DISTRIBUTION:
1. The artwork you receive from me should only be used for personal use. You may not use it commercially for your own profit.
2. You may not claim my artwork as your own, the character within the artwork however, is yours.
3. When reposting my artwork to different platforms, please be sure to credit me and do not remove any watermarks/signatures. I will not provided unwatermarked versions of my work.
4. Under absolutely no circumstances are you allowed to alter my work or trace it even if the character within it belongs to you.
